“I love Instagram! It’s a platform where your posts can be shared strategically, and you can land in
the feed of your target audience. I am all about being in the right place at the right time,
and Instagram helps me do just that.” —Dee Boswell-Buck
As entrepreneurs, we know we need a strong online presence in order to succeed. We invest in expensive websites, set up email marketing, and join social media platforms.

But once we start posting on social media, we often forget to drive our audiences to our websites and mailing lists.

If you want to use social media effectively, you need to see it as a strategic tool, rather than just a popularity contest.

Like many business owners, I love to use Instagram. But while the platform makes it easy to land in the feeds of the right people, it doesn’t offer easy options when it comes to sharing links.

You’re not alone if you feel frustrated with the platform’s limitations. But I’ve got some great news: there are workarounds that allow you to have fun and be creative – while also driving (and tracking) traffic from Instagram to your website and improving your website ranking in Google searches! This episode is all about optimizing your Instagram. I share tips on how to add links throughout the site that take your followers wherever you want them to go... and explain why you should avoid sharing links on your newsfeed posts!

Want powerful strategies that’ll help you get creative and enrich your Instagram experience? Then press play!

In this episode, you’ll discover:
  • How to drive Instagram followers to your website using clickable links

“When you focus on growing your email list strategically, you will have the right audience
who are interested in learning more.”
—Dee Boswell-Buck
Do you find growing your email list challenging around the day-to-day running of your business?

We tend to rely on social media to stay connected to our prospects. It can be difficult to build an email list with the right people, but it’s integral to growing your business and connecting with your target audience.

Though I apply strategic online measures for my clients, full disclosure: I wasn’t always putting time aside to work on my business, as opposed to working in my business.

2021 is my year to focus on strategically building my email list — will it be yours?

I initially grew my email list the old-fashioned way by attending networking events. I overthought the process, using giveaways as an incentive. This led people to join my email list for the wrong reasons, so they weren’t likely to reach out for my services!

You need the right people on your list. It should be tailored to your ideal customer, the person who wants to know more about your offers — and has a genuine need for them!

In this episode, I share how I became more intentional when it came to focusing and growing my email list. It will involve strategy, but I promise it won’t be too overwhelming. You might even enjoy it!

In this episode, you’ll discover:

  • How I went from creating old-school email lists to strategically focusing on ideal clients
  • The digital initiatives I incorporate into my monthly list-building campaigns — and why they work so well
  • How to grow your list using targeted ads (no matter what your budget is!)

  • 01:02 2021 is the year of strategic online measures
  • 01:54 The old-school way of creating email lists
  • 03:10 Drive traffic to your website with weekly content 04:28 List-building via social media

“As small business owners, many of us rely on networking to obtain leads, sales, get referrals, and make acquaintances … This is where LinkedIn comes in.” —Dee Boswell-Buck
Are you on LinkedIn? The world’s largest professional network has more than 660 million users worldwide… so you need to stand out in order to get noticed.

Optimizing my network connections on LinkedIn helped me to leave my 9-5, become a solopreneur, network effectively, and grow my own successful business.

Over 50% of all social media traffic to websites and blogs comes from LinkedIn. Whether you’re B2B or B2C, LinkedIn is the place to be.

Solopreneurs and small business owners rely on networking to engage and connect with clients and collaborators. Digital marketing strategy is more important than ever right now, as we can’t rely on attending events.

This is where LinkedIn comes in.

LinkedIn is really an online networking event. And your memorable first impression starts with a strong profile.

In this intro to LinkedIn, I’ll show you how to leverage this online space by creating a stand-out profile that will resonate with your ideal clients — and make them unable to resist connecting with you!

To stand out, you first need to be seen — creating a tailored headline will make your profile show up in searches. Building out a strong client-facing section encourages connections with your target audience by letting them know what you can do for them. Sharing a selection of key skills shows your expertise, and, along with endorsements and recommendations, promotes credibility and visibility.

To learn how to easily implement these strategies to amplify your LinkedIn profile and grow your business network and opportunities — press play!

In this episode, you’ll discover:
  • How I went from 9-5 to solopreneur using LinkedIn
  • How to leverage LinkedIn as an online networking event
  • A practical guide to creating a stand-out profile that will get you noticed

“While there are so many more people online, it’s even more important that we are very strategic with who we are trying to reach and also we want to make sure that we have a clear message for those who want to follow us.” — Dee Boswell-Buck
It’s your lucky day — enjoy a free sneak peek into my monthly masterclasses!

This week’s episode is a recording of a masterclass I held for a group of business owners looking to drive both traffic and conversions through their social media posts.

This was an interactive class with some great questions from our participants!

Social media can be noisy and it can be difficult for entrepreneurs to stand out. If you are a business owner ready for a strategic alternative that provides clear messaging for your prospects to take that next step off of social media, then this episode is for you.

That’s right — you’re going to learn how to stop the scroll.

Sprout Social has reported that 50% of consumers have increased their social media usage in the last six months.

That is a huge opportunity for savvy business owners who are willing to re-examine the way that they use social media — and use it to drive customers to your sales page and mailing list.

What if you could grow your list, book more leads, sell more products, and sell out events through your social media content?

Imagine finally overcoming that feeling of frustration and overwhelm around social media marketing… and instead experiencing that amazing moment when your dream customer visits your website and books!

It's nice to be social, but nothing beats that feeling of watching social media connect you with more of the right prospects... which in turn leads to more revenue!

Press play to learn the top 4 reasons why people unfollow brands on social media and find out my feelings about boosting your posts on Facebook!

In this episode, you’ll discover:
  • How to track and measure those clicks and engagement (analytics are fun!) ● The different types of social CTAs that inspire the right moves from your audience ● How tracking your website will help you to know if your social media is driving traffic — and whether you’re getting a good ROI on your current strategy
