Oh the plight of the entrepreneur. The highs and the lows. Sometimes though when the lows hit... it can be a doozy.
It was the second week of February and I got hit with that crazy flu. I was down for the count in every way. I couldn't speak, I couldn't see, I couldn't move. I'm not sure which was worst. Sometimes I felt defeated by the symptom that pertained to my vision because this affected my ability to read and respond to client emails. I ended up being late on client projects, I was unable to start projects. My mood was shot too.

I truly understand that Live Video is where it's at and it is what I promote to my clients. Unfortunately, I am a bit ... correction - extremely camera shy.
I have seen the benefits of posting a Facebook Live Video, so I have now promised myself that I will post one Live Video per week. Today I did avideo on my Facebook page and spoke of how and where I share my blog content and why I feel it is important to do so. I was stumped on a site and called it Social Media. It is really Social Media Examiner. I kept on truckin' and finished the video. Do you have a blog? Do you share it across other online platforms? Let me know in the comments below! Having my client understand the importance of a blog was a bit of a hard sell. Now (with a reminder or two from me) he sends me a blog post that highlights what his business is about.

Today I am posting a month's worth of content on my client's Facebook page. And I am thrilled to be doing this with the content he wrote himself! When we share content from his very own blog, visits to his site increase by 50%! Do you blog? What benefits have you seen when you blog? |
