I have a much better idea of who I am marketing to now that I have defined personas and know what appeals to them. Feel free to add a face to your persona by adding an image. For example it would be more effective if my Ads focused on a discount or sale since my personas are price conscious.
Getting to know who your customer is through the creation of personas will allow you to write content of value and keep them coming back for more. Have you created customer personas? Comment about what you've learned about your customers!
