I always see this quote floating around on line and have always been uncomfortable about it. So today I am going to say why and also tie it into social media marketing. First I shall rant.

• Why do I have to look like a girl
• Act like a lady... really?
• Think like a man (because that's what all women want to hear)
• Work like a Boss (hey... since I'm not already)

Ok... So I know someone is about to comment that we women are soft hearted.... yada... yada... yada.

So gals I am here to say, "Be Yourself!". Because in the world of social media marketing that is what branding is all about. That's it.
