- Who is your customer, what is their age range, are they male or female    

What Are Your Goals?
 - Make a list of your social media goals. How can social media work for your brand? Is it a blog where you can share your insights and expertise? How about Twitter for you to easily share your blog post content a broad audience? Or a Facebook Page where you can also post videos highlighting your brand?
