When I read this quote I am reminded of why I decided to go back to school at the age of 43 and become social media certified. I have always been a serial entrepreneur. All of my ventures have always been successful... after months of spending too much money or taking too long to start due to a lack of information. My businesses would take unnecessary time and energy because I was running into road blocks. It left me and my husband feeling neglected. Now we have our daughter LB and it was time that this entrepreneur work smarter... Not harder. I developed a love of social media and decided that first and foremost I had to be educated. I completed a 2 year college program and became certified in Social Media Marketing. My purpose now is to help start-ups and small businesses find their brand voice online and successfully market themselves on social media platforms appropriate for them and their audience.
Here is a list of 10 obstacles that small businesses are experiencing with social media. They don't have time to: 1. Create a social media strategy 2 Come up consistently with good content 3. Create quality visuals 4. Blog 5. Learn new updates or platforms 6. Scope out the competition 7. Respond to their online audience 8. Dissect their analytics and measure progress 9. Promote their content so it has a large reach 10. They are not sure which social media platform(s) to be on and why This is where I come in. Entrepreneurs want to turn their passion and their dreams into reality. My passion is removing that overwhelming feeling of not having enough time.
