What is the name of your business and what inspired you to start?
My business is called Your Chosen Coach. I had always wanted to be an entrepreneur and even made a couple attempts previously while I was still a part of the corporate world. The thing is that I had always had aspirations to become a Life Coach - coaching and supporting my team on their personal development as they worked on their careers always brought me such a sense of fulfillment - and then the opportunity presented itself when my previous employer downsized. I celebrated, seized the opportunity and returned to school to get my certification as a Life Skills Coach.

Stepping Stones Wellness Inc. I had struggled with my health for a long time. I met a man who helped me transform from a fat, unhappy, unhealthy middle aged woman to a vibrant, energetic, charismatic woman who feels 20 years younger than her chronological age. I struggled with hormonal imbalance and a resulting lack of sex drive. The difference in my life has been unreal. I want to help others realize that kind of passion and energy.
